One of my brothers-in-Christ says it best, and I endorse him fully. We believe that God, the Son of God (John 10:30), Jesus Messiah always existed (Rev. 1:8), left glory, laid down His glory, was born of a virgin, wrapped in flesh, lived a perfect life, never sinned and shed his precious blood to pay the debt for our sins once and for all - past, present, and future. He died for our sins, was buried, and on the 3rd day rose from the dead. The gospel of our salvation is 1st Corinthians 15:1- 4. The instant you believe He shed his precious blood paying the debt for all your sins past, present, and future and that He rose from the dead in the resurrection,...you are born again, saved, sealed, and sanctified until the day of redemption. The ironclad proof of that statement is here > “In Christ ye also trusted after ye heard the word of truth, the Gospel of your salvation, in Whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the pledge of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory.” Ephesians 1:13-14
Sadly in today's world, even grace believing Christians are being attacked by other Christians for any reason they can find. These people strive only to cause dissension & division within the body of Christ, rather than reaching the lost. They will play semantics, and concern themselves with minutiae,..dissecting every word & will embrace and promulgate their own misunderstanding of what is written. Please be cautious as they are only casual friends with discernment. Romans 16:17-18 is extrememly clear on this! So I am forced to state the following BEFORE it happens, so that when it does, you can relay to the individual...."Did you read the Mission Statement?"
If you hear ANYONE saying that you need to do more to attain salvation, such as daily confession of sin, baptism, regular church attendance, etc. or hear them say,... “but you also need to do this or that” .....RUN FROM THEM!! They are backloading works into salvation and not trusting in the all sufficient redemptive work of Christ on the cross for salvation, and the gospel they are professing, is FALSE.
We rightly divide the Word of God at The Middle Cross. When reading the Bible, it is imperative to know who is speaking and who is being spoken to. While all of God's Word is for the believer, not all of it is about the believer.
The Middle Cross believes in pre-tribulation doctrine. The absolute proof of a pre-tribulation rapture is stated in Chapter 7 of this website with supporting verses in the correct biblical context.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

that in an absolutely disgusting lapse of judgment, I forgot to do the laundry last week, and my black
